Fight Cancer with food

Prevention is better then cure.  

My father always said, the easiest way to stay healthy is maintaining healthy food habits. Having good diet can help you build immunity which is a crucial in fighting any disease - cancer or any other illness. 

In 2012, according to a report by the ACS, stated that there was strong 'evidence´ that  a good diet and exercise can prevent cancer form  returning  and also increase rates of survival.

Remember, bioactive natural products will do much more good to your body then synthetic pills. Below is the list of food that can help fight cancer.
  1. Nuts
  2. Garlic
  3. Pulses
  4. Carrots
  5. Beetroot
  6. Broccoli
  7. Oily Fish
  8. Tomatoes
  9. Mushrooms
  10. Green leafy vegetable
  11. Red and yellow pepper
  12. Pumpkin seeds & Sunflower seeds
Apart from having the above food, if possible please include the following habits in your daily dietary charts
  • Avoid Sugar
  • Take a daily probiotic
  • Avoid dairy products
  • Eat whole foods
  • Drink green tea, 3-5 cups a day. It helps in detoxification by neutralizing the free radicals.
